Ingredients
1-2
medium avocados
ripe
3
tbsp
cocoa powder
2-3
–3 tbsp coconut cream
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste
e.g. sorbitol, erythritol
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Cut the avocado(s) in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
Add cocoa powder, coconut cream, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt.
Blend for around 3 minutes on high speed until the texture is silky and lump-free.
Spoon into small bowls or ramekins.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
Serve cold, optionally topped with berries or shaved dark chocolate.
