3tbspErythritolor your preferred sweetener
4eggs
3tbspalmond flour
2tbspcoconut flour
1½tspbaking powder
20gbutter
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, and sweetener, and mix it well.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Continue to mix.
Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, stirring until a uniform batter forms. You can skip this step to reduce the fat content.
Preheat your waffle maker and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes, or until your waffles are golden and ready.
Serve warm with unsweetened berry sauce or fresh fruits.
